Fences for the single homes

I see my neighbors are putting up the fences. I was wondering how much does it cost per foot?

I do not have my homeowners association guide yet for broadlands but can someone tell me what type of fences we are limited to building? We would like to have a medium sized dog and would need a fence.

Speckhard-
Broadlands allows picked and estate type fences, 4 foot maximum height. You should have received a copy of the guidelines at closing. If not, see Arlene in the HOA office (at the Nature Center) and she can show you a copy.

What is a picked and an estate type fence? Pick as in picket?

Then what is estate?

"Picked" is the fat finger syndrome for "Picket."
Stop by the HOA office and they can show you the fence guidelines which show the approved picket and estate fences.
