Can anyone recommend a good recruiter? I am thinking of rejoining the workforce after a lull in employment and would like to first talk with a seasoned recruiter on how to best market my skills, strengths and expertise towards finding the job I want.

Carol,

What functional area do you work in -- finance, accounting, sales, etc?

Hi there! Thanks for the response. I've sent you a direct email but I would envision something in the realm of business development, marketing or research. This is part of why I'd like to find a good seasoned recruiter to brainstorm with him or her on how my skills best fit into the private sector.

Think they're any different from the Army? Already did a stint as "GI Jane." [:p]
