Are there any rules prohibiting garage sales in Broadlands Southern Walk?

Not at all...we'll be having our mega-sale sometime this Spring in preparation for our move overseas!

I think the main "rule" is to remove any signs as soon as the sale is over.

according the Broadlands calendar, the community garage sale will be held on 4/30 this year.

Yes .. the 'megasale' tends to draw alot of people, and you'll get much more traffic, as we advertise in the local weeklies.

snoopy (love the name!),
the location is your own house.

Signs are placed throughout the community and details about which streets & houses to go to are distributed at the nature or community center.

Watch for April's Broadlands newsletter, I suspect there will me more info on how to sign up there.

The events calendar in the April issue of the HOA newsletter doesn't include the community yard sale. I also didn't see any information concerning the yard sale. Did I miss the yard sale information or did the information miss the newsletter?

I saw that and contacted Wes Schroeder about this. Evidently, he still had it listed as 'tentative' on his calendar, although it was set for April 30th.

Evidently, the committee in charge of this function did not get back to the HOA to firm up the date. Wes has contacted them to see if they had another date in mind, and once he finds out what it is, i'll post it here.

Sorry for any incorrect data, but I suspect it fell through the cracks somehow.
