Looking to purchase a second home for my sister in the ashburn area. Can anyone recommend a good mortgage company/person?

I've worked with IndyMac 2 times (purchase and refi) and my mom just bought a house using indymac and loved them. They are't brokers, they are the actual company and you can close on a mortgage in about 12-20 days... you can get pre-approved online and save $300 on closing costs as well

I've used Todd Marumoto for 2 mortgages and a refi and highly recommend him. He is professional and very savvy about different loan programs. He works for Van Metre's recommended mortgage company, InterCoastal mortgage. Give him a call at (703) 449-6823.

I use a guy named Ken Walsh. (He got me a 30 year fixed loan in June of 2003 at 5% interest with no points). My parents have also used him for a mortgage. He is truly honest.
