ladies workout express

Any feedback from working moms who also need to workout? I noticed that they are open at 5:30 AM -- how crowded (or does it get crowded?) is it first thing in the morning?

I've been going weekdays at opening time ever since they opened that LWE. There's a regular group of about 4 to 6 usually, not crowded at all, but usually not empty either. It's very nice to get your workout in before the kids wake up.

I have always found it to be quite comfortable at LWE. In fact, before I moved to a position closer aligned with my background, I was filling in there and would cover various shifts as needed. I think it is fair to say that you will always find LWE responsive to all requests and suggestions.

Thanks for the feedback -- I think I will swing by there and check it out. Then I will have no excuse for not working out!

An old post - but I just started going to LWE and it is never crowded. I have never seen more than 3 or 4 people in there at a time. The rates have come down significantly since opening - you can now get a monthly rate of $20-$25, with a 12-36 month agreement. Also, they are working on a daycare arrangement with the new kids gym that is opening in the same stripmall.
