Home Inspector Referrals

Hi! We need to get a home inspector for next month. Anyone have a great inspector they used? I did get a name from someone on this forum a couple months ago but I lost it!

I've used this person and thought he did a outstanding job. Found things I would have never known about. This reminds me I'll have to give him a call for my new construction being built.

I would highly recommend Ed Delaroach with Advantek Home Inspections, Inc. We felt that his inspection was worth the money and gave us extra piece of mind as we moved into our new home.

With such short notice from Van Metre for the pre-drywall inspection (24 - 48hrs), did any of you have a problem scheduling your independent home inspector?
