Cleaning Person/Service Recomendation Needed

We are finding that because both adults in our home work way too much and hope to enjoy some free time on weekends, there is little extra time to keep our new, bigger than we are used to, home as clean as we would like. I'll admit, I'm very picky about having people in my home when I am not there...does anyone have a recomendation for a cleaning person? I want once or twice a month cleaning and the same person to do it - not a service where they just send whoever over with a mop & bucket. Of course I want them to do a good job as well.
