I am looking to buy a nicely used Lawn Mower. I have a town house, so don't need anything fancy as long as the mower runs well and cuts the grass. If you know of anyone who's selling a lawn mower, please let me know !

Kassiabi-

I may have one to sell you. When we moved into the Van Metre courtyard homes in Southern Waslk, we didn't realize the entire yard was mowed for us on a regular basis. If we had, I would have sold the mower at our moving sale!

Having said that, I just need to check with the HOA about whether such mowing will continue after we build a backyard fence. I'll do that ASAP. If they'll continue to mow inside the fence, I am definitely looking to unload our mower!

(FYI, the mower is probably 2-3 years old, with both vent and bag attachments, in good shape!)

We have an eletric lawnmower that is perfect for townhouse yards as the basket fills quickly. We purchased a rechargable one - large capacity for our house. So happy to discuss if you are interested.

jtarnow,
We have our yard fenced in and they have not been mowing the backyard.

kassiabi,
We use to use one of those push reel mowers that does not require gas or electricity, they carry them at home depot. I think they are pretty cheap.

kassiabi,

I have a push reel type lawnmower that I need to sell. It's from Sears and has been used one summer. Please let me know if you're interested.

Do you have a double-wide gate so that the mowers can enter and exit with the standing mowers? According to the HOA, the current contractor will mow if they have easy access with the standing mowers.

We do have a double-wide gate, do the gates need to be open the day they are mowing the lawn for them to access it or do they open it themseleves.
