When and where is Santa coming?

I saw in the newsletter that Santa is coming. But it did not specify where and when other than the date. Can we get more info on this? I would expect a large turn out for this just to avoid the lines at Dulles Town Center!

According to the calendar, it will be at the Nature Center on December 13th, it dosen't say what time yet though.
