Would you like to adopt a puppy?

I'm currently fostering a little miniture Dachshund and am looking for a good home for this little puppy. She's a 1 year old (DOB 7/2002) female (fixed) puppy, approx.8-10lb. My friend just found out that their 2nd baby was allergic to dogs, so the dog is staying with me until she finds a good home. I will provide a picture if you'd like to see her.

It's bad to offer pets for free. All kinds of animal abusers take them. You're more likely to get a good home if the person has to invest in the pet, even a nominal fee like $10-25.

No, IMO you need to research and interview the family you are giving the animal to. Abusers have money too.
