Ceiling Fan in double story room

Unfortunately I didn't get VM to install the ceiling fan in my two story family room but have the wiring in place. Has anyone had one installed at this height and who did you use.

We had our wiring put in when the house was built and then just rented a 20' ladder from D&B rentals and installed the fan ourselves. If you rent a ladder, measure it before you bring it into the house. We thought we received a 20' ladder and brought it in, and it turned out that it was a 24' ladder. We of course didn't realize it until we were trying to put it up and couldn't figure out why it wouldn't fit.
