Customer care requests?

Is anyone else experiencing trouble with service requests? We have had a leak under our kitchen sink for almost two months and no one has solved it. We have called Customer Care six times and they promise to get back to us, and now the leak is in the basement, too. The plumber who came out once did not solve the leak, said he needed another part, and never showed up again. Every time we call him directly, he says he is waiting for the part and it should be here in this week andnow 6 weeks have gone by...

We have had major issues with VM customer care. We have had to call numerous times on several issues. All I can say is call often (I favor twice daily) and always get a name. I have had to resort to asking for a supervisor twice. :(
