Warranty

We just bought a home (re-sale) built by Trafalgar House which came with a 10 year warranty. Recently I noticed that one of the columns on the porch was split from top to bottom. Was wondering if this was covered by the warranty, but can't seem to figure out how to reach the builder or the warranty company on this. Anybody have any contact info?

Trafalgar House is now Beazer Homes.
Their NOVA hq is in Tysons.
This is probably not covered as it is not structural but rather cosmetic.
