For the second week in a row, H&H Landscaping has been here at 7:00am to mow a neighbor's lawn. I'm already up with the kids, but I suspect it would be annoying to those who are trying to sleep! Someone mentioned we do actually have restrictions on noise until 8:00am or 9:00am. Is that correct?

This falls under county noise ordinances and not under the HOA I believe.

Who do I contact about a noise complaint regarding lawn mowing at the public school next to me?

Someone (looked like a lawn company but no truck was visible to determine who it was) was out this morning mowing the school's front lawn at 6:30 am with a large industrial mower and it woke my whole family up.

    Sheriff's department non-emergency # 703-777-1021.

There is a noise ordinance which starts at 7AM.

school has nothing to do with grounds- i tried to call a school once about equipment that may have been left on their field and they directed me to the county.
