Lifeguards Needed for Broadlands Pools this Summer!

What happened to our crowd of International Visa holder Summer workers????

Daughter applied and was told all the Broadlands positions were filled. Are there now open positions?

 

Come on now, they were mostly Russians. I'm sure someone like yourself could reason they would still be welcome.

 

Just saw a group of Lifeguards from Slovakia at Harris Teeter yesterday looking lost....so I guess we do have some of them this summer. I enjoy meeting the new group of international kids each year and look forward to welcoming them. It helps that my family speaks Russian too

 

Sorry to hear there was some confusion. They are definitely still hiring. We require a lot of guards to staff all of our pools all of the hours they are open for members and swim teams.

 

So why would HighSierra not reach out to those that were interested but told there was no positions? Attended two unpaid training days to be told no positions in Broadlands. They are playing games.............

 

Something smells fishy!

 

Please provide the name of the applicant so High Sierra can investigate. They are not aware of any applicants being told this. That said, High Sierra has filled the Broadlands positions at this point.
