Just swung by Glory Days to look in the window and was welcome inside by Richard, one of the owners. Very nice guy, place looks great, and has an outdoor seating area off of the bar on the right hand side. Looking forward to it opening - target date of March 26 was mentioned...go take a look.

Awesome, I was going to post a question on the board today if anyone had heard of an opening date. Glad to hear the owners are friendly.

I find it amusing that moving from the city I will be closer to food and drink in Broadlands than I am now.

But I am looking forward to G.D., the thai restaraunt and flatbread.

Just think of it as your friendly neighborhood Zagat guide. We'd all love to be paid to be food critics. :D

We should do this over in the political forum.

Since you obviously lose sleep over the current admistration, you SHOULD drink! ;)

T8erman, I agree. There's enough out there to drink about, but let's get back to the drinking games, please. I want to drink all of you under the table!

Gryphon, I have never needed games to drink. ;)

And you can drink under the table all alone! I am just now getting my liver DYSfunction test back to normal after a misspent youth in bars and at parties. :D

If we are going to be drinking under the table than I sure hope the place is clean. But alchohol does kill germs so I think all will be well.

Here is something to think about!

Since alcohol is know to kill brain cells and the weakest cells die first.

Well drinking is only going to leave you with only good brain cells. :D So drinking must be good for your brain whether you drink under or over the table.

Now the liver is another story.
