Where's my mulch?

Anyone else order mulch from boy scount troop #1158 that was supposed to be delivered this past weekend? If so, did you receive it? Or hear anything from them if the delivery didn't take place?

Received mine this past Saturday - said they were super busy maybe they still didnt get it all done

 

We got our mulch on Saturday too. Did they cash your check?

 

They never got my check and said this happened with 3 other people. They believe it to be a problem with the postal service, new carrier on their route. So we have cancelled the check.

 

Told me it would be delivered Sunday and it actually arrived Saturday Evening.
I am happy.

 

Cliff told me it is best to buy from Ashburn's other Boy Scout Troop, 970 and you won't have a problem.

Just kidding. It is a huge job to deliver mulch. I would suggest contacting Troop 1158 directly and they'll make things right. It's a worthy organization, worthy of your support and patience.

 

My sons are in Troop 1158. They spent 13 hours delivering on Saturday and 6 hours Sunday delivering it.

 

Cliff, I'm in the same boat as the original poster. Do you have contact information (email or phone number for the troop)? I was disappointed to return home from a weekend trip to see that the mulch was not delivered. I got the check in weeks before it was due. After investigating a little, I saw that the the check was not cashed. Is troop 1158 planning to do additional deliveries?
