HOA Violation - visible garbage can

For some, it is a matter of choice. Some people just do not want to have their cans in the garage.

 

I can see that and understand it, T8erman. I was just reacting to the statement by luftinarr saying "we live in a Parkdale (2 door garage) and we cannot put the garbage can in there." I just can't see how that could be unless the vehicles are huge.

 

Nor mow their lawns or clean up after their dog, etc.etc., where does it end T8?

 

As for cans and mowing, there are covenants in place. Report the violations. It will end eventually when homeowners start to receive fines.

As for trash cnas, there does appear to be some confusion as to what is considered screening. This should be resolved quickly enough.
