During a recent trip to Whole Foods, The Pretty Lady was given a card with instructions on how to recommend a retail location for Whole Foods.

    The instructions are:

    1. Go to WholeFoods.com

    2. Select "Company"

    3. Click on "real estate"

    4. Choose "Suggest a new store location"

I dont know if any of you have been to the new WF in Fairlakes... it is wonderful. Puts Wegmans to shame, and that is saying a lot. More variety in prepared foods, fantastic quality, and prices arent terrible. If you find yourself in Fairlakes for any reason, make the stop at WF - its worth the trip!

Your email way is even better.

    Thanks.

Now there are easy ways for us to ask for a Whole Foods.

They would not be handing out cards unless they were at least open to new possiblities.

    Bella Ru and others--

We concur about the Fair Lakes Whole Foods Market. Better than Wegmans in Sterling. Even though we have six kids and a farm; there are still some grocery items I shop for at the NEW Whole Foods at Fair Lakes.

Pretty much the Whole Foods is the only major grocer next to Harris Teeter at Ashbrook Commons and Trader Joe's in Reston that we shop for purchases. Of course, farmers markets, csa(s), PYO farms, co-ops, and health/natural foods stores are also a good bargain for grocery purchases.
