We've only been there once but had a good experience. Good service and standard (but good) Applebees/TGIFridays type food.

We like Glory Days. We've had great servers, the food is good, the restaurant is not smoky or loud, and the kids meals are really good. My kids like to go there.

Glory Days has gotten better, when it was first opened it was great. Then after sometime it went down hill, but now i suppose all the post put up on this website made them change.

I actually ate there yesterday, and i the best service ever.

I think 'The Original Steakhouse' couldn't compare.

We were at Glory days last Friday. Two of us are vegetarians and they ordered vegetarian food. We all ended up getting veges, though others didn't order vegetarian food. My wife had half of her sandwich (she odered chicken sandwich) and told me that she doesn't think it has chicken. When we opened, there was no chicken. The waiter was apologotic. But, he had to apologize like 10 times as he had done such a mess with our food. The place wasn't crowded to put the blame on the crowd. Food was awful.

    We'll never go there again.

we went there last week for dinner and it was very pleasant- good crab dip, and we split and juicy burger as well. the beer was cold, the service friendly, and the yankee game was on! we'll go back- it's not cuisine- it's gooood bar food.

baskar--Why did you pay for the meal if the service was poor--or did you?

I would have refused to pay.

We did pay. My wife did tell me that we should get a discount or free meal. But, I was too tired to even deal with it and decided to pay and not show up again.

they can't improve if they aren't aware of problems... don't assume it's obvious either- there are so many aspects to managing the restaurant that the only way individual experiences are known about are if the INDIVIDUAL brings it to the managers attention.

if 9 tables recevied great food and service and 1 didn't and nobody says anything- they think all 10 received great food and service!

It was actually communicated to them. I was just telling that we did not ask for a discount or free food. We clearly told them how we felt and what was missing.

We went there this past weekend, Saturday evening. This was our first visit and we were happy with the service and the food. We had not liked Glory Days when we went to another location many years ago and had not tried their places again. I will say that the price of soda ( $2.10) is a little more than normal, but other than that it was a pleasant experience and we would go there again.
