"Sarah Smile" by Hall and Oates maybe?

Eventually Gloucester is supposed to connect with Atlantic, isn't it? Kind of on its way to 28? That would be an alternate entrance to the shopping center.

The Revised Countywide Transportation Plan from May 2007 indicates that Gloucester will connect with Pacific (not Atlantic that I said before). Pacific also is showing a connection to Russell Branch. Actually, Gloucester should connect to Atlantic, too, but that's on the other side of 28.

Is there at least a targeted date whenever Gloucester will connect to Pacific or is it safe to assume it'll be 2112?

Cliff Cliff Cliff a lot more is happening behind the scenes then you even know about!!! Be careful who you call a buffoon.

I love you buddy but be careful what you say in public ha ha ha

Everyone knows my agenda just keep development in Loudoun beautiful. Some of the projects that are now being built will make a beautiful photo record of what should not be built. No more no less When development is done right it also helps solve the traffic problem not make it worse.
See you on the 22ond :) and bring your guitar

    Lee-
No names were given (and I don't know who the person is), and calling the way that person acted a "buffoon" is very kind considering the way they behaved.
And you didn't answer my question. If you hosted that meeting, would you ever invite that person back?

Um I'd rather see the brakes put on more development. Nice to know VM is going to build 4-5 offices next to the "Natural Run off, dead tree area" across from Teeters as well as the 2 story building on Wynridge to put their sales and design offices in as well as other offices for lease....IT doesn't seem to matter if you view the Comprehensive plans of the county. They do seem to change so If you've lived here as long as we have (in Ashburn) what can I tell you other than to do your research. I'm sure Lee is dancing in his Hawaiian TUTU :cheerleader::cheerleader::cheerleader:with the view shed he will have when all those office buildings go up (as will we).

BTW, Lee I've always admired that beautiful side porch on your home, which I did not know was yours until we did a drive by the other day:)

Having been around for along time, and worked with commercial builders who no longer are in business, I can say I am always amazed at the overkill of Condos and Commercial construction when the boom times are here. I no longer need to predict that that overbuilding is bad news.

Once I see these types of construction rolling forward in speed, I know the bust is about to happen. Sad but true, and yet we still have more ongoing commercial construction which will sit vacant for who knows how long.

Yes this area WAS beautiful, but not as nice as areas in the country that actually have tree saves going on, where you need a county Forrester to come take a look at your tree(s) before removing them from your property. Which leaves you with beautiful green neighborhoods with lots of mature trees. Of course, Louden did have a lot of farmland, with not too many large swaths of trees in many areas. VM has done a pretty good job of saving stands of trees and under planting . But it will still take 20 years before most of our lot trees give us any shade.
