    Sounds great - mind telling me which street you live on? I'm thinking of operating a auto service shop out of my garage and sounds like you and the neighbors will not have any issues at all with me parking all my client's cars and storing them on the street.

    An auto service shop would be against county zoning regulations anyway. Maybe you could open a dentist's office.
