    Chengs on the weekend. Charlie Changs in Herndon (Worldgate) during the week. They have buffet and Mongolian BBQ included.

    Sorry this can't be the best chinese buffet (Worldgate) in the area. I have eaten at this place several times and I don't think it's all that great. Just my opinion.

    Not sure if these are within 20 minutes, but should be. There is a place near Intersection of Cascades Blvd & Waxpool Road (King's Buffet I believe), and near Drainsville & Rt. 7 there is another place that even has dim sum in their buffet (not sure if it is a weekend only thing).
