    Looking for candidates to fill the following positions. All candidates must has TS/SCI and adhere to the requirements listed in the position descriptions.     Human Factors and Behavioral Analysis Instructor:

    * Minimal educational background of a Masters of Cultural Anthropology, Applied Sociology, Behavioral or Cultural Psychology, Behavioral or Decision Making Science, Communications or Linguistics, or 15 to 20 years experience in the Air Forces behavioral science military occupational specialty.
    * Deep understanding and application experience of the Hoffstede Dimensions of Culture Framework, Behavioral or Cognitive Decision Making Process, and Decision Tree Analysis methodological tools.
    * Current or former HUMINT Targeting Officers, or equivalent analytic support to operations, with a minimum of two years current or recent HUMINT Targeting experience.



    Pattern of Life Instructor:

    * Instruct students in the understanding of how to conduct Pattern of Life analysis using Intelligence Community, commercially available and open source data with the aid of software programs such as ArcGIS, Palantir, Arc view and Falcon view.
    * Minimum of a Masters degree in Geographic Information Science, Quantitative Geography, Computational and Mathematical Social Science, Crime Mapping/Geographic Profiling or Animal Movement Modeling/ Animal Tracking
    * Three years of applied experience in spatial statistical analysis.
    * Extensive experience and the ability to instruct students in the use of ArcGIS to conduct address geo-coding, limitation analysis and/or mobility modeling, crime mapping/geographic profiling, and man-hunting methodologies, methods to determine future location probability for targets.
    * Ability to write scripts/applications in ArcGIS environment using Python or Visual Basic.
    * Current or former HUMINT Targeting Officers, or equivalent analytic support to operations, with a minimum of two years current or recent HUMINT Targeting experience.



    Palantir Instructor:

    * Provide specialized instruction and training on how to conduct HUMINT Targeting analysis with the aid of Palantir to include building networks from relational and unstructured data from IC, open source and commercially available data.
    * Experience moving large structured and unstructured data sets into and from Palantir.
    * Certified Palantir Instructor who is familiar with the use of Palantir for HUMINT Targeting.
    * Current or former HUMINT Targeting Officers, or equivalent analytic support to operations, with a minimum of two years current or recent HUMINT Targeting experience.



    Social Network Analysis Instructor:

    * Minimum have a Masters degree in Anthropology, Sociology, Social Psychology, Political Science, Political Psychology or Computational/Mathematical Social Science and three years experience.
    * Experience and ability to instruct students in the use of network analysis tools such as UCINET, Pajek, Organization Risk Analyzer (ORA) and Netminer.
    * Experience applying automated tools for entity and link extraction.
    * Experience and ability to instruct students on the application of decision theory, leadership trait analysis, cognitive mapping, operational code theory, social identity theory and/or small group dynamics.
    * Experience and ability to instruct students on SNA methods and techniques, including group detection algorithms, belief networks and percolation and diffusion models on networks.
    * Current or former HUMINT Targeting Officers, or equivalent analytic support to operations, with a minimum of two years current or recent HUMINT Targeting experience.



    Senior HUMINT Targeting and HUMINT Collections Instructor:

    * Serve as the senior instructor who has at least three years applied experience in HUMINT Targeting and HUMINT collection, and experience conducting pattern of life analysis, social network analysis, and/or HUMAN Factors analysis.
    * Senior level knowledge of HUMINT Operations
    * Ability to instruct students on the application of HUMINT operations and how to conduct HUMINT Targeting analysis against many different hard targets.
    * Understand and be able to instruct students on every aspect of HUMINT Targeting cycle of support to HUMINT operations.
    * Current or former HUMINT Targeting Officers, or equivalent analytic support to operations, with a minimum of two years current or recent HUMINT Targeting experience.

    I wonder if Anthropology majors had these kind of jobs in mind in college...
