Went there today and they told me they are now open on Wednesday from 12 to 7, as well as on Saturday and Sunday. Great produce and costs less than the bigger farmers markets in Ashburn or Brambleton.

I love this stand. I've been getting all my produce there for the past few weeks. The fruit actually tastes like fruit.

They're cheaper and if you need alot of something (like pickling cucs) he's willing to make a good deal.

Their hours are Sat 9 to 7, Sun 10 to 7, and Wed 12 to 7. I have found that they are sometimes a bit late opening up, so come maybe a half to a full hour later than their posted opening hours to avoid finding them not there yet.

I believe they drive up from near Charlottesville. And their produce is their own, coming from their farm. They'll be here through November.

Stopped by a few minutes ago and purchased a carton of grape tomatoes, 2 baking potatoes, cantelope, zucchini, squash, green pepper, red pepper, 2 cucumbers, 6 ears of corn - all for $11. I'm not a fan of fruit at all, but I tried the cantelope and it was really, really sweet and good. There was a huge selection of produce and they were cutting up some of the fruit so you could try it. Is it bad of me to say I'll hit this place up every week instead of doing the CSA thing next year????

    Thanks for posting about it!

No, Luftinarr, its not bad. We did the CSA thing once and I got over it quickly. I liked supporting the farm, but I like picking out my own stuff more.

These guys are great...might be gone now, but their "doughnut peaches" are the best!

The donut peaches were there last weekend. We've supported them for 2 years now. Had some yummy cantaloupe this am and managed to find a smaller watermelon. He sells those for another farmer, who then sells some of his pumpkins in the fall.

Went today, they have great peaches, and I think I saw some donut peaches. They have some gala apples, first of the season, very yummy. I loaded up, the tomatoes looked awesome!

They had two types of donut peaches today and these amazing baby yellow plums which my kids went nuts for. The melons are absolute perfection - making some sorbet with mine tonight.
