Dr. Nguyen at Lansdowne Dental is wonderful. Great hygienist staff, too.

My son used to see Dr.Woo ans she was so great great! Last year we had a different insurance and had to find another dentist that are within the network. And we went to this Dr. Joyce Xia in Sterling who claims she does pediatric dentistry, but apparently that's not true....the experience was horrible and it was just a regular clean. After my son had his first tears she started to scold him which made him more nervous. Then I let my son holding my hands and calmed him down. She started working on his teeth again and he started to cry again and was shaking one of his leg, then Dr.Xia apparently was not happy and claimed she couldn't continue any more. When I asked her if that is all for this visit, she simply said she couldn't do anything with my son being like this. I was so pissed off so I had an argue with her, then to a verbal fight.....so we left and when I was talking to the receptionist who is also her husband on the way out, she rushed out of her office to the waiting area and exchanged the verbal fight again. :) Yeh...unbelievable...again.....

I explained to her that he is just a 7 year old and she asked me if I ever saw any doctor in America.....and a 7 year old should be very cooperative in the way she expects, blah...blah....and I should ask my son if he wants to see the dentist....

what a drama, anyway would not recommend this dentist, not for children, and not for adult either...
