My brother is looking for a new rental home in the broadlands..... he and his family are looking to move in last week of March and I imagine would sign as much as a 2 year lease....they are trying to spend around $1,900 Monthly.

Click on the above link for the rentals available, now, in 20148. Most are townhouses, but the house on Hidden Pond Place is a Fantastic Deal! I would get out there to see it a soon as possible, because most of the rentals under 2200-2500 in Ashburn are townhouses (beautiful but may not be large enough for your brother -?). Craigslist is a good place to check.
Look under "Northern Virginia" then "apts/housing" under "housing."
Then you can do a search for "Ashburn" or "Broadlands."

Realtor.com also has an option to view rentals.
