Free Bootcamp Blast

    Watch out for our weekly bootcamp (30 minute) blast. We will hold this 2-3 times a week focusing on just bodyweight movements and control.

    Our weekend course will be one full hour with bodyweight control and exercise tools and toys.

    This week we will meet on July 4th, 8am at the pool/basketball courts across the street from the nature center.

    Stay tuned for the 2nd course.
    As always free for Broadlands Residents.
