What I understood your point to be was that we should be concerned about significant world events and issues, rather than dog feces. My point is that they are not mutually exclusive.

Instead of coming in here and trying to slam your neighbors with nothing constructive to add.. skip the thread if it doesn't interest you.

No matter what is happening on a global scale - we all have to live day to day as well.

Just because there are big things going on in the world doesn't justify ignoring civility in the local sense.

Or maybe we should all come and treat you like garbage and when you yell back.. tell you how pathetic you are for worrying about such trivial things when people are out of work, etc.

You're thread crapping rather than contributing. A great way to promote your various businesses.. posting like this under the accounts you create just to advertise. Pure genius

I am convinced that you HAVE to be a compeittor of topcoachgifts, whatever company that is... and using that handle to drive business AWAY.:screwy:

yes, we work hard and we have a beautiful neighborhood and we deserve to enjoy our homes that we are paying for and paying taxes for. i'm happy that i can complain about dog poop- i work VERY hard for that privelege.

Wow, you're really a glass half empty type of person.

It's simple, if the thread doesn't interest you, then move on... there is nothing to be gained by berating others.

And if you are so concerned about world issues why are you wasting your time posting on here?

    Not sure what is worse:
    complaining about dog poop or
complaining about people complaining about dog poop.

For the record, I do not like dog poop in my yard either. I have kids and on one occasion my 2 year picked some up.

That's too funny...the innocence of kids - you gotta love it! My nephew did the same but with a baby garden snake and carried it to his snake phobia mom saying "look, look!"

The derp is heavy on this board. The guy (with his legion of supporters) professing that the world has bigger problems than those mentioned on an HOA forum board (where HOA issues are supposed to be discussed) is quite humorous. Thanks for the chuckle. Great stuff. I guess the anonymity suits some well.

My hat's off to those who venture out into the feces-filled world to get the mail with their children. Funny that they've all walked right past these feces for years but now that they had to see it get upset. I can't use my side-yard to play catch or kick a soccer ball with my daughter but heaven forbid others see some poop when they get their mail. I wonder what the HOA cost will be to correct all of the brown spots as a result of the urine spots throughout the neighborhood. My grass, as well as many others, is riddled with them.

On a positive note (for me), the inconsiderate neighbor who apparently received a letter about his dog having been seen copping a squat in my yard (the same neighbor who advised that he didn't have one) must've gotten the message as the amount of fecal matter in the grass has drastically been reduced. Let's hope this continues.

    ah civilized discourse...
...As I tell my eight year old daughter (who 'gets' it BTW) that we can discuss anything as long as you express yourself in a way that is respectful
