Wanted Large single family home in broadlands

    We live nearby and have been looking for a good single family home in broadlands. Here are our requirements (not all must):

    walk-out basement
    nice yard (need not be big)
    open kitchen with sun-room preferable.

    I just want to update my post, don't know how to edit the original message.
    Thanks to all who sent PMs about the homes they are in market or coming soon. We did more research and we prefer south broadlands mainly because of the school and the age of the homes. We think we an live with open band issue.
    There is a scarcity of homes at this time so I understand I may have to wait till spring for new homes to be on the market.
