Hi all: Anyone have a recommendation for a handyman or other service provider who can help me with a 2nd floor shutter replacement? They must have a tall ladder for the job. Thanks for your help.

We used Larry Miller, Inc. for a similar job. He is very good and lives in Broadlands. He advertises in the back of the HOA magazine.

Mike Rosario did my second floor shutters. Search the boards and you will see quite a few recommendations.

Meg, are you replacing shutters with new color/type? If so, you will need to submit an application to the Modification Sub-Committee.
If replacing with same color/type, have at it!

Mike did some repairs on ours as well when one came popped out, he even went and checked the all others too. Highly recommended.
