Does anyone know what the replacement porch lights are for Southern Walk homes?

Any idea of manufacturer and model or a replacement?

In a perfect world, I'd love to find an LED drop in replacement (sealed unit) but mine look pretty shabby and I'd rather replace than repair.

    Thanks!

We refurbished ours a few years back. Pulled them all down, power washed them, and re-sprayed them with rust-oleum spray paint. They look great now even a few years out. Holding up better than they did new I think.

A "Replacement" light can be something that exactly matches or reasonably close (similar size/shape/color/material). If you are going to replace with a like fixture, you do not need to submit an application. If you are going to change the style/metal type/color, then an application will be required.

Thanks, I was hoping someone knew the brand/model so I could just buy a set without hassle. I have seen stuff close-isn, but not perfect, if I find something I really like I will go the application route, was hoping to find a OTS replacement.

    Thanks!

And when folks don't get something similar nor replace the lamppost to match the porch light, it looks crappy. Multiply that on a street of townhouses and you'll get the point. Doesn't appear folks are going the 'submit and application' route nor are inspectors following up. Poor practice.
