Hopefully someone can enlighten us on why the police have the road closed going to Clydes.

At Clyde's now. Heard it was a car that crossed the median then hit a couple of cars head on. No confirmation.

    From the Sheriff's office:
Auto Crash/DUI: The driver of a 2006 Nissan Altima
was traveling north on Chickacoan Trail Drive when
he disregarded a stop sign at a high rate of speed and
struck a 2013 Nissan Altima driven by an Ashburn
man. After the impact, the driver of the Nissan
continued eastbound in the westbound lanes of
Broadlands Boulevard where a motorist was able to
avoid impact by entering the razed median. The
driver of the Nissan continued eastbound in the
wrong direction and struck a 2012 Toyota Highlander
driven by an Ashburn woman and a Toyota Sienna
Mini-van also driven by an Ashburn woman. Both
vehicles had small children inside. Both vehicles
were struck head-on by the driver of the Nissan.
Minor injuries were sustained by the occupants inside
the Highlander and Sienna. The driver of the Nissan,
Rodrigo A Diaz-Requeno, 36, of Herndon, was taken
to Inova Fairfax Hospital with serious injuries. He
was issued a summons at the hospital for DUI. He
remains listed in serious condition. Additional
charges are expected in the case and the crash
    remains under investigation.
