Home Repair Turn Off Water To Your Outside Hoses

    We have bleeders that you need to take the brass cap off and sometimes the rubber plug that should be inside the brass cap stays in the valve, so you have to remove that too and then you should hear the water drain. Our faucets are below our shutoff valves, so all water drains to the outside.
