    ...are considering listing your SFH home that has a backyard, please let me know! My family and I have been house hunting tirelessly for months, specifically looking in the Broadlands area, with no luck.     What do you mean by having a backyard? I think all SFH have one.......

    You're right, that wasn't very descriptive :) I've noticed some yards are quite small, so we are looking for something that's large enough to have an outdoor seating area (deck or patio) plus room to play and fit a swing set.

    I see there are SFH for sale all over Broadlands... none of them suit your needs?

    The home on Ridgeway is beautiful! Unfortunately 900k is over budget. We've seen all the current homes on the market, most of which are lovely...but so far none have felt right for us. We are open to FSBO, listings with agents, looking at listings before they go on the market, etc.

    There is a coming soon board since last night.
    It's probably the 3rd or 4th home on the right, as your turn onto Stone Hollow from Claiborne.

    I saw the coming soon sign on that very house on my way in the neighborhood this week....That's the 3rd or 4th one of that model that's gone up recently....usually going low 800's...maybe high 700's.
