Anybody have experience with Windows on Washington (Okna 500 windows) or Nova Exterior (Vytex Fortis or Potomac series)?

    Thanks.

We talked to Windows on Washington at one point - nice windows, over-the-top sales presentation, but very expensive and honestly didn't seem worth the price. We ended up going with Tri-County Windows & Siding in Purcellville. It's a small business owned by a firefighter, who came out to our house to go through our options. He was very upfront and honest about what he thought we did and didn't need, and we ended up going with the mid-tier Soft-Lite windows and a new front-door package, and were very pleased with both the price and the service. We only did the front windows, but are planning on doing the back windows soon and will absolutely use Tri-County again.

I used Windows on Washington and had a good experience. I had several companies give me estimates. All were fairly close to each other in price, all were willing to wiggle a bit on price.
Here is where I give WoW high praise: the other companies simply came out and gave me a price to replace exactly what I have.
WoW looked at all of my window configurations and made some suggestions as to how they could change it up.
Not only did I end up with better window configurations for my house, it saved me several thousand dollars.
The WoW salesman was the only one who really listened, understood what I was looking for and came up with a superior plan.
As far as the window quality itsself, their's are comparable to the other ones I looked in to.
If any one wants further info, I'll be happy to discuss.

Thank you. WoW seems to have great reviews on customer service. Did you get the Okna 500 series by chance?
