Just bought Hunan Cafe's General Tso's chicken from Southern Walk Plaza.

That was the worst I've ever tasted. It was NOT spicy at all as the menu calls for and it was not as crispy as it normally should as I have had General Tso's many times from other restaurants around the Nova area....it was too soft and too syrupy. It was more like the texture of sweet and sour chicken...

The Broccoli wasn't even good either. UGH. I should have gone to the other place where they make excellent General Tso's Chicken.

That's the first and last time I'll ever order from them. Thought I'd try them for the first time and never again.

I always go to Chin Chin and use the coupon for free General Tso's chicken when you spend $35.... which is not hard to do. I find their food to be really good, consistent and reasonably priced.

I agree about the General Tso's chicken not being very good at Hunan Cafe. Its all white meat but they need to seriously spice it up like they do at Chin Chin's. On the other hand, I prefer Hunan Cafe's Shrimp and Chicken Lo Mein to the Lo Mein at Chin Chin's.
