This is possibly a stupid question, but having spend WAY too long on the FirstService website(s) I cannot seem to find any answers.

Changing banks, and I need to set up the HOA payments with the new bank. For a variety of reasons, I want to initiate the payment through my bank, not through the latest in the revolving door of payment processors provided by the management company.

However, I obviously need two things to make this possible: account numbers and mailing addresses. (One each for Broadlands and Southern Walk HOAs)

I (fairly obviously) did not keep the payment coupons, since I don't mail the payments myself.

So...how do I find what should be obvious information? (Yes, I sent an email to them, but am hoping to get this done before work drowns me again and I forget to look for their answer.)

    Liss -

I think your fastest route to both BHOA and SWHOA is to call First Service Residential at 703-679-1541 or by email Broadlands.dcmetro@fsresidential.com.

I can tell you that your BHOA account number is BOXXXX-####-## - where XXXX is the FIRST four letters of your street and #### is the LAST four numbers of your house number. The last two digits are tricky - they're the number of accounts registered to that address. So the original owner was 01. The second owner was 02 - though even a refinance can trigger a new account.

So, 32421 Walker Street with a second owner of the home would be: BOWALK-2421-02
Hope that steers you in the right direction.

I understand you don't want to use FSR's new Clickpay - but rather initiate your payment from your bank (I do mine the same way). However, you might still want to create an account at Clickpay so you can view your balance whenever you want.

The mailing address for BHOA assessment payments is FirstService Residential, PO Box 11983, Newark, NJ 07101-4983. You'll find this and additional information at: https://www.broadlandshoa.org/for-residents/management-services-info/

    For SWHOA, visit https://www.broadlandshoa.org/contact-us/southern-walk-hoa/:
