Between Ridgeway and Croson , only a quarter of the street lights on either side on Claiborne work.

With the sunrise times changing now , it is dark and unsafe for early risers, runners and dog walkers.

Any suggestions on who maintains them and how to report ?

The HOA maintains these lights, not the county. Call HOA office.

I checked back - past couple of mornings. It looks like the majority of them are working now ( blown fuse replacement or something which affected a bunch of lights ?) .
There are still a couple of non-working ones , will reach out to HOA office.

Walked by a few light poles on Friday night along Claiborne and the plates were off and the wires were straight out of the boxes, those lights were out as well.
