Option 3....and we live on Vestry Ct, which backs up to the pool. I can't speak for all my neighbors, but not super concerned about the possible extra noise since the pool doesn't open until noon and doesn't close super late. It won't be as bad as the normal swim meet nights or morning practices if there is a whistle happy coach.

Option 3...I agree with another persons comment that kids tend to go to the other pool that is very kid focused.

Love option 3 - Install a new CC Recreational Pool to match CC Main Pool - Cost $133,000

Teens and adults would love to play volleyball with friends! I also like it for water fitness classes.

Option 3 is a great idea, the teens and tweens will love it. Option 2 doesn't make any sense, why spend money on a pool no one uses.

Would love option #3. I'd love more options for teens. I would also LOVE to see some interior updates to the pool houses, esp the southern walk and demott pools. They are old, outdated and smelly honestly, esp. after seeing our other neighboring community's pool houses at swim meets.

Definitely option 3. We rarely, if ever, see anyone using the baby pool at the CC, while many teens seem to fight over space at the basketball hoop in the pool. If including a sports pool, I would advise including multiple basketball hoops on opposite sides.

We try to follow our reserve schedule for refurbishing and replacements such as this. We are currently scheduled for refurbishing the Community Center bathhouse this fall, Summerbrooke bath house in fall 2020, Southern Walk in fall 2022.

Question on Option 3 - if this is the chosen option, will the basketball hoop be removed from the main CC pool? If the answer is yes, then I vote for Option 3.

Four years to go for a refurbish at the Southern Walk Pool. How about a deep cleaning and a fresh coat of paint in the meantime?

All of the facilities are deep cleaned before opening every spring. We received proposals for painting the building and are considering this option.

Definitely option #3. I think it would be a great amenity.

Thank you for the update on the schedule to refurbish the bathhouses. However, four summers to go before refurbishing the Southern Walk bathhouse does seem like a long time. I have lived in Broadlands for nearly 13 years and I do not recall it being refurbished which means that it will be ~17 years before a refurbishment is performed. Correct me if I am wrong, but that seems like a long time for a public facility that gets a lot of traffic.

    Option 3.
It would be great to have a seperate “sports pool”, because as it stands when the tweens/teens are in the main pool playing hoops or water volleyball they can be a bit much at times, especially when little ones are in the pool or when people are trying to swim.

Option 3. Also, would love to see that grass area taken out and maybe cement or something similar installed in it’s place!
