    The Southern Walk Board of Directors hopes to have more details about Phase 2 and service availability dates by next weekend.

    Easement construction continues virtually everywhere in Southern Walk.

    As the weather warms up, please be mindful of construction workers, construction equipment, and marked holes as you enjoy warmer outside weather.

    I’m noticing that the grass/dirt was not taken care of in front of my house yet it was taken care of elsewhere....wonder if they intend to take care of the stuff or do us residents have to do it ourselves?
