We've contacted the HOA about this and still no repair. We're hoping someone on Broadlands HOA can start the repair of this leaking sprinkler box where many of us walk.

Corner of Claiborne and Wynridge on the side where the swimming pool is. Right under the street signs and near the poles where you press the button to walk. There is an active leak and now the standing water is green and mossy. We're guessing it's slimy and slick and could cause a safety issue. Can someone else spark interest in the HOA for repair?

    Thank you!!

This system is owned by Broadlands Commercial Association and not the HOA. (The HOA does not maintain any irrigation systems). Broadlands Commercial has been working with KT Irrigation on the fix, we are being told it will occur some time this week as they had to order parts.

It's back! I know,it's a van meter commercial property management problem, but the sprinkler system in the median of Wynridge opposite the new condo construction is leaking AGAIN! How hard can it be to turn it off?
