    Hi All,

I live in one of the townhouses backing to woods in Broadlands and there is significant overgrowth, including quite a lot of poison ivy, growing through my fence from the wooded natural common area. Does anyone know if the HOA treats that or is it up to me?
    Thanks!
    Chris

The only way you will know is by calling the HOA and asking. We had a similar issue years ago when we were in our townhome - we had a lot of encroaching branches and shrubs from common area - called the HOA and it was addressed. We didnt have a fence.
