Volunteer Board Members Needed

    Southern Walk HOA as two Board positions vacant. Term for one of the positions expires in October 2024, and other position is an open slot. If you are willing to serve, please contact Secretary Michael Simpson at secretary2023@swhoab.com and plan on attending the in-person monthly meeting on July 24th. To serve on the board, you need to be a member in good standing. Meeting starts at 7PM at Broadlands Community Center on Wax Pool Dr.

    First Service will post the details of the monthly meeting in the forum this week.

    On member expressed interest and the SWHOA board voted to confirm his nomination in last monthly meeting.

    Unfortunately, another position opened up. So, we still have two vacancies on the board. If you or anyone you know is interested in serving on SWHOA board, pl. please contact Secretary Michael Simpson at secretary2023@swhoab.com
