Status of Mooreview Stoplights at Wynridge & Croson?

Does anyone have any intel on what is going on with the stoplight installations at these two 4-way stops? Seems like they've been just sitting there for months, although I've seen them come back and dig at the Croson intersection lately. Unsure if this is a LoCo project or VDOT, but they must be setting a record for how long it is taking. Couldn't find any info in a quick scan online.

I routinely see people blast through the 4-way stop on Croson and I know there was a serious accident there recently, so it would be good for them to be working.

"Per the contractor who is working on the signal, the “programmed radios” will be installed tomorrow, Tuesday, November 7th and the pavement markings are scheduled to be changed/updated later this week. I have also requested that the Sheriff’s Office sit and enforce the stop signs at both intersections. Although this has been a prolonged issue, I believe we are reaching the end."
