Hotmail Account

I cannot connect to hotmail, yesterday or today. Is this a problem with Hotmail or something with openband. Just wondering if anyone else is having problems with their hotmail accounts? I can look at other websites with no problem, just can't get Hotmail to open.

Can't speak about openband, but it isn't hotmail. I was able to check and read and send from my hotmail account last night as well as today. I know how frustrated it is to be "disconnected" though, so good luck!

 

Usually, when you can get out to other sites but can't get to one, it can be an issue with the site or the software you're using to access the site.

Not using Hotmail, I will assume that it is a browser-based interface. If you can access other sites, but not Hotmail at all, then the site may be down.

If you can get to the Hotmail site, but then it won't let you in when you try to logon, then I'd call their customer support.

It could be something else, but that would assume that you're not running an anti-virus package. You are, aren't you ??

Thanks for the help. I had to unplug our internet connection and restart the computer. That fixed the problem, just wish I had thought of it earlier.
