Moorefield Station

    I found this site with the site plan for the shopping at Moorefield Station (located off Loudoun County Parkway). It looks as it will have a Target and is slated to open in 2007.

    Target is well cool. I like thems designs by Michael Graves, especially those small clocks.

    No no .. it's pronounced " Tar-shay " as in the French: 'Le Target' !!

    Back to topic. Does anyone know when they'll start selling homes in Moorefield Station? I know toll brothers is going to start building at Moorefield Greens which I believe is north of the Station. I'm looking to upgrade my current home to something a little bigger.

    I don't, but suggest you find out soon: the proportion of SFDs is very small there, as is the number of SFAs. Most is multifamily. I imagine with demand the way it is, the single family units will move fast.
