Is there a rule about this and who do I contact? Someone in our neighborhood constantly hangs towels from the rail that covers their back sliding door (there is no deck). I find it to be a real eye sore and tacky.

Yes, I am! It looks like the darn projects or something. I take pride in my home and can't stand stuff like this!

I know how you feel. Over here in the Farm there is a guy who has decided to attach a large blue tarp to his fence to cover his townhouse yard. So, we have projects over here too (next time you're driving down Claiborne, look to the right at the corner of Claiborne and Windmill-you can't miss it).

Ooooh yeah.... I have seen that. What is that all about? Is it to provide shade for a dog or something? That DOES look really cheesy, I agree.

    What's next?

Regulate plants because you hate roses?
Rules about dogs because you think greyhounds are ugly?

Please, just relax and look the other way!!!

Oh! Is it about the comeback? I wasn't aware. I guess I'm just not in your league.

Or you can plant some trees. Lots of trees. 'Cuz it sounds like you're pretty picky about your views.

I would suggest that you talk to the neighbors, but you would probably come off as a little uptight, and maybe crazy...
