Clyde's is on Broadlands Blvd west of the Claiborne intersection. I can't imagine the wait they will have for dinner, especially if Bonefish consistently has an hour wait every night.

Do you know when these stores are planned to be completed? Is it anytime this year?

The Harris Teeter is supposed to be completed this year, at least that was the original plan.

As far as full timeline, I suspect that there may be an overview at the Annual Homeowners Meeting that will be held in May.

I wouldn't be surprised to see one inside the Harris Teeter. I doubt Starbucks would pass up an opportunity to grab every dollar out there.

Glory Days will do well there. Great place to go for lunch. The only place I know of outside of Buffalo where I can get Beef on Weck.

It would be nice to have had a Panera or Caribou or Chipotle or Potbelly. Something different besides Domino's etc. I heard the Harris Teeter down in Brambleton is really really slow (nobody is ever in there). Do we think that this one is going to be any better? Fingers crossed as it would be nice to walk to a grocery store again.

Oh yes, I agree...Potbelly or Panera would be great!!! YUM!

I believe they are planning for a Chipotle by Home Depot. Personally, I do not care for it but sounds like it is well liked by others?

Seems like there are so many grocery stores around? Too many? I just hope our food choices remain fresh.

    Have a good weekend!

Correct, it should be open by years end I would think. I'm going to miss that place after the move to Pittsburgh. There are none there.

There's no Panera slated for Brambleton. The restaurants to date slated for the daily needs section (Phase I) of Brambleton Town Center are: Caribou Coffee, Cold Stone Creamery, Subway, California Tortilla, Home Plate (we're assuming this is a sports bar), Scotto's Macaroni Grill (owned by the folks that one Pomodoro), and Froots (smoothie place).

We've not heard anything definitive as to when the stores in Phase I will open; sometime later this spring/summer. Also, we've heard nothing about the restaurants and stores in Phase II. It also looks like the movie theater might open in early 2007.

And, yes, the Brambleton Harris Teeter is slow.

Supposedly there is to be a Panera in the small new strip mall in front of the Home Depot (on the corner closest to Ryan Rd.). Would be nice to have one in Brambleton, but doubt it will happen.
