Attention: All Working Moms!

Thank you for the kind email, which forced me to edit my post! You were right!

I'd like to clarify something before it becomes an issue. My subject line is in no way saying that stay-at-home moms/dads don't work! I think they probably work harder! I was one for over 10 years and just recently started working again. My purpose for this post was to find a group of moms who work outside the home. Or, maybe you have a business out of your home and your children go to daycare or your a working woman thinking about starting a family! Honestly, if your a stay-at-home mom and our meetings will work better for you, feel free to join! I'm just trying to start a group of women who want to meet once or twice a month that have something in common with myself and the other woman who wants to start up this group!

Ok, back to the post...

Myself and another woman would like to start a Working Moms Group! If you are interested in joining this group, please email me with your contact information. In a week or two we'll get together and brainstorm and figure out (as a group) what we want and need from the group and from each other! We'd like to have our first meeting in January!

I would like to get some information on the Working moms group. I have a 10 year old and a 1 year old....I know big age gap, but so far so good.

I am interested in the playgroup. However, I live in the Sterling area. I have a 15 month old son who spends his days with another little boy. Although this works great he needs more interaction with other children his age. Please email me at sunshine1966j@adelphia.net.

Hi - Not sure if this group ever got off the ground, but I've been looking to start a similar group here in the community as well. If there are any interested moms out there interested, I'm game! I have a 2-year old boy and would love to meet other moms.

 

I'd be interested in joining also. I have a 17 month old daughter and another one on the way.

 

I would be interested I have three boys 15, 10 and 2 1/2.

 

Is this a play group or a meeting for Working Moms? If a play group, I'd also be interested...does not look like there is anything currently in Broadlands for toddlers, is there? Looks like at one time they had WEDNESDAY WIGGLEWORMS at the Community Center...does anyone know if this is still going on for toddlers? I have a 14 month old and would be interested.

My choice would be for moms to network and have time away from their kids.

 

I would be interested in both moms networking away from the kids, as well as playgroups and activities including the kids. My son is 8 months old. Please Email me if something starts up. I'd be happy to help.
